Billionaire Julia Koch bought late Microsoft Paul Allen’s 2 apartments in Manhattan for $101 million.

60 years old billionaire Julia Koch, has bought two apartments in Manhattan for $101 million from the estate of late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.

The apartments located on 4 East 66th street, include a penthouse and a complete apartment below it. Allen had paid $13.5 million for the apartment below in 1996 and $25 million for the penthouse in 2011.

Julia, who is worth $70 billion according to Bloomberg and the richest woman in New York City, was married to late billionaire philanthropist David Koch. The building is undergoing renovation and restoration as of now.
